Kat Geller has more than 20 years of experience as a Casting Director & Producer for TV & films, and working with A-List celebrities, influencers, nonprofits, and consumer brands for commercials, digital campaigns, television shows, and films.

Kat started her career by working with Visa and Toys for Tots on a successful celebrity campaign with stars including Christina Aguilera, Nicole Kidman, Ben Affleck, and more. Kat then worked as an in-house Talent Producer for the Emmys and has continued producing for the TV Academy for nearly 17 years, working with A-List talent including Harrison Ford, Seth Rogen, Trevor Noah, Reese Witherspoon, and full casts including the casts of Veep, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, and many more. Kat has also produced branded content for the Emmys, working with sponsors including Audi, Fiji Water, Grey Goose, United Airlines, and many more.

Kat is passionate about creating "packages" with talent, brands, messaging, and award-winning directors and producers. By building amazing packages, Kat has arranged content distribution on platforms including Netflix, Peacock, Amazon, FOX, Paramount+, Disney+, and more. Kat’s work has appeared in major film festivals including Tribeca and Cannes, and her work designing and producing social media campaigns has garnered more than 5 billion total views.

Kat is a multiple award-winning producer in traditional media and branded media. She is a 2x Emmy nominated producer, Sports Emmy-winning Casting Director, and branded content that she cast and produced has won awards including multiple Cannes Lions, a Clio, and 6 Telly Awards.
